About me

With 20 years in the Australian Defence Force (ADF), including 14 years in the Special Air Service Regiment (SASR), I have led teams in high-pressure, high-stakes environments, where leadership was critical to success. I combine this real-world leadership experience with contemporary behavioural science, psychology, and neuroscience to design programs that enhance leadership effectiveness and create sustained high performance.
